Lane & Holmes estate agents are through to a number of national awards after coming top of a poll for property sales service.
The team, based in St Loyes Street, Bedford were said to "go the extra mile and provide outstanding levels of customer service”.
The British Property Awards are a free to enter, inclusive awards whereby a “mystery shopper” assesses the agents.
Nick Kier BEM DL and partner Andrew Willmer established the firm in 1985 and in 2002 it became part of network of 12 offices including one in Mayfair. In 2007 they launched a lettings agency.
All of this activity helps to bring investment into Bedford, and new customers into the town centre.
