This event is great for employers looking to recruit in a slightly different way to common day practices. It really is an excellent opportunity to build a nice stock pile of potential candidates and increase your employer branding at the same time.
This will be the first time a jobs fair has been held on a Saturday in Bedford. This means that we’ll be maximizing on the high footfall, placing our event on a day where the ‘highly desirable and already employed candidates’ can also have a chance to speak to employers face to face; something that previous week day events haven’t really allowed for unless you already worked in the town centre.
The fair will be held under a purpose built marquee in Harpur Square giving employers the chance to meet their next employee(s) in a professional and comfortable surrounding.
