Thomas Cook have just been voted top travel agent for mystery shopper in Bedford by the TTG (Travel Trade Gazette).
A mystery shopper visited agencies requesting a long weekend in Edinburgh for a couple, hotel only, on a budget of £350 in November.
The store scored top marks on first impressions, sales process and matching products to clients' requirements.
Manager, Jenna said, "We are very proud of this achievement and helps put Bedford on the map as this magazine goes to all travel companies across the UK".
