Three businesses came out top in a Love Bedford customer service survey it was announced by the Bedford Business Improvement District (BID)
Baby and Play in Castle Quay and Cash Converters at the Bus Station, gained top marks in the secret sweep and were presented with their prizes at a BID Business Breakfast.
Nicholas Anthony in St Peter’s were presented with their certificate later by BID Director Christina Rowe. The secret survey especially praised the salon for the warm welcome staff gave to customers - whatever the weather!
The long-standing family business was busy even during the recent blizzards, but the top team took an opportunity of a break in the snowfall to pose for this photograph.
