Mastroe successfully trained and supported just over 120 people in 2017. That is double the number of people that were originally planned for based on the funding available.

At Mastroe, we are passionate about empowering people and changing lives. Our limited staff and resources meant that each member of our team had to carry out a number roles to ensure that all our projects and activities were successfully delivered and completed on time. 

As can be seen from testimonials, Mastroe beneficiaries were successfully upskilled and empowered last year. Over 60% of our beneficiaries are now in work, training, education and a few are now freelancers or have set up their own businesses 

In 2018 - our plan at Mastroe is to double our impact. 
We are already working towards this by adding new strategic training projects such as Java Programming and Salesforce. 

We now have an in-house Project cordinator and are working with other experts to ensure that we are able to reach and empower more people. 

We already have a number of young people coming for work experience and also plan to create new work opportunities especially for our most disadvantaged beneficiaries.
