Love Bedford vouchers worth £100 are up for grabs in the annual BedfordBID Easter Egg Trail.

From March 25th to April 16th, visitors will be able to follow the clues to town centre businesses which are joining in the fun and games. For more information go to www.lovebedford.co.uk

BedfordBID is funded by levy-paying businesses in the town centre and its mission is to keep customers coming back. The success of the activities supported by the Business Improvement District is demonstrated in the fact the town has a good footfall of visitors compared to other similar towns in the region.

“Bedford is consistently swimming against the tide of on-line and out-of-town shopping,” said Director Christina Rowe,  

“Trails like the Easter Egg Hunt are popular with independents as it drives new customers to their doors via our wide-ranging advertising.  Only by working together under the collective of the BID can independents reach out to new audiences - for instance the 1,000s who have moved into estates around the Bedford bypass in Biddenham and Kempston.

“Our website is now the most popular information platform for the town centre. People click and look at lovebedford.co.uk as an easy way to find what to buy, where to visit and how to park.

“We hope they will ‘hop to it’ and join the Easter Egg Hunt.”
