Multi award-winning George James Bridal is celebrating its first anniversary by securing the rights to stock the exclusive designs of Suzanne Neville, famous for supplying the wedding dress of TV star Christine Bleakley to Chelsea FC’s Frank Lampard.

Some of the desirable dresses will be modelled at a special “wedding reception” style event in the State Room of the Bedford Swan Hotel on Sunday February 7th.

George James Bridal owner Nicola Weeks said: “Winning the rights to stock Suzanne Neville is great news for Bedford as they will attract brides from near and far. It is great way for us to celebrate our first anniversary.”

Since opening in Harpur Street, rebranded as Happy Ever After Street, Nicola has won a clutch of awards and is now looking forward to the finals of the UK FSB Awards in London on February 2nd and the Four Counties Weddings ceremony at The Mansion House, Shuttleworth later that week on the 4th.

In 2105 George James Bridal won a Bedfordshire FSB Award and was voted Regional Best Newcomer in the Wedding Industry competition.

“It has been great to be recognised within the wedding industry and locally for our work,” added Nicola who is a professional actress who took time out to star in pantomime at Harlow over Christmas.
