BedfordBID which represents scores of food and drink businesses sponsored a vital award at the “Caties” at Bedford College.
The event held at the Howard Room, Bedford Corn Exchange on Thursday October 22nd saw Jemima Pestle take the Love Bedford Higher Education prize. She is now studying for a BA in Hospitality Management at Oxford Brookes University.
Christina Rowe, Director of Bedford Business Improvement District (BID) said: “Since so many of our town centre businesses rely on staff trained in hospitality it made perfect sense for us to support this event with some Love Bedford gift vouchers which in turn can be spent in Bedford.”
