French cooks Geraldine Perrier Latour and Diana Woo are feeding a taste for Parisian patisseries and bread among people in Bedford.
Diana trained in, and prepared patisseries for the Assemblee Nationale, in Paris – a demanding audience. Geraldine trained in baking in Paris. They met at the Ecole de Boulangerie de Paris and decided to combine their ambitions to become business owners.
Now Delices is open six days a week, including Sundays, at Howard Street (part of the long established Art Centre below Lurke Street car park)
