More than 700 family and friends packed the Bedford Corn Exchange to see the latest Hair and Beauty catwalk show by Bedford College students.
With categories ranging from Seven Deadly Sins to Fantasy Horror, the hair styles were extravagant, the make-up outrageous, the overall effect was stunning.
Judges from national and local organisations and BedfordBID Love Bedford vouchers as prizes, meant the highest standards were rewarded generously.
Bedford College Principal and CEO Ian Pryce CBE said: “Ofsted recently said our college was excellent in vocational teaching and relationships with employers. Tonight’s event was evidence of that.
"We also support employers in Bedford, we support the High Street, and we are backing the BedfordBID and all the valuable and vital work it does to help the town centre."
