More than Musicals at The Quarry Theatre

i-show theatre school presents its annual medley of musicals – with all the usual show-stopping numbers, including Matilda, Blood Brothers, Mama Mia and The Greatest Showman.
However, it is not all just about feel-good this year. We’ve been exploring some of the hard hitting messages behind the musicals, threading the fun with a deeper meaning of various issues affecting young people.
We’ve added anti-bullying modern dance pieces, and explored equality and freedom with excerpts from The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas. We hope you will leave the theatre transported and uplifted, but with a little food for thought.
