This two hour workshop will provide fascinating insights on the subject of dreaming and strategies for healthy sleep.

The session will include discussions about why we dream and what they mean, along with practicing a tried-and-tested technique for refreshing rest and relaxation.

Guests will also receive a printed handout and a free gift for attending.

A little bit more about our host, Delphi Ellis.

Delphi is a qualified therapist and wellbeing trainer, promoting positive mental health. She specialises in teaching effective strategies for rest and relaxation, using Mindfulness. She used to present the Guide to Sleep on Daybreak, also appearing as the resident Dream Expert for ITV’s This Morning. She has featured in a number of publications including Natural Health and Spirit and Destiny magazines.
